Refund policy

•  Todd’s Clothing wants to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

•  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 14 days of the original purchase date.

•  All items returned must be in unworn, unused and unaltered condition and in its original packaging with all tags, in order for the purchase price to be refunded.

•  All shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Special order items are non refundable.

•  Item returns that qualified for free shipping, will have our shipping charge deducted from the refund amount.

•  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

•  All returns are subject to approval and must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

•  Please contact us by email at contactus@toddsclothing.com prior to merchandise return.

•  All merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice/packing slip.

•  All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. All credit card refunds will be made to the purchasing card only.

•  For returns to a Todd’s Clothing retail store location call 1+910-625-1415 to make arrangements prior to your visit.
